1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

• By participating in the Mega Zoomabet Lottery, provided by Zoomabet, you are subject to the following Terms of Entry ("TOE"), which may be updated from time to time without notice to you. Additionally by entering into the Mega Zoomabet Lottery, you agree to and are bound by the TOE described herein as well as the Terms and Services, Privacy Policy and Official Rules of Zoomabet. If you do not agree to all of the terms contained herein, please do not access or enter into the Mega Zoomabet Lottery in any manner. All such guidelines or rules (including, but not limited to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Official Rules) are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOE.

2. DESCRIPTION OF MEGA ZOOMABET

• The Mega Zoomabet Lottery feature, provided by Zoomabet, allows users to use the Zoomabucks (ZBs) they have earned on the Website to enter into a lottery for a chance to win one of the prizes offered in the Power Zoomabet, Super Zoomabet and/or the Ultimate Zoomabet. The winners will be determined after each drawing period and will be notified at such time. Users may simultaneously enter into all three of the Mega Zoomabet Lotteries, provided they have enough ZBs to participate. Registering and participating in the Mega Zoomabet Lottery is free of charge. Prizes may not be substituted, are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. 3. OBLIGATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

• In consideration of your entry into any of the Mega Zoomabet Lotteries, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction.
  
  You also agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Zoomabet has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Zoomabet has the right to suspend or terminate your entry into the Mega Zoomabet Lottery and refuse any and all current or future use of the Website.

4. CLAIMING PRIZES

• If your submission into the Mega Zoomabet Lottery is successful, you will be notified via a Prize Confirmation Email, which will be generated containing further information related to claiming your prize. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the Prize Confirmation Email is the only official and valid method for notification of prize winnings. You are solely responsible for checking your email in order to determine if you have won the prize associated with the Mega Zoomabet Lottery you have entered. You must comply with the instructions contained within the Prize Confirmation Email in order to claim any prize you may have won.
  
  Additionally, winners must submit proof of eligibility and sign Zoomabet’s release form to claim the prize. Void where prohibited. In the event Zoomabet is prevented from continuing with the Mega Zoomabet Lottery or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Mega Zoomabet Lottery is severely undermined by an event beyond the Zoomabet’s control, Zoomabet may substitute prizes of equal or greater value or discontinue the Mega Zoomabet Lottery at any time. In no event will Zoomabet be obligated to award more than the number of prizes stated in the TOE. Prizes will be delivered in a reasonable time period only after all required information has been provided, reviewed and approved by Zoomabet.
  
  You acknowledge that Zoomabet is not liable for any of the prizes offered through the Mega Zoomabet Lottery or any other offer on the Website, and hereby release Zoomabet from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from prizes you receive, including, but not limited to, claims for products liability, damage to the product during delivery, personal injury, breach of contract, and negligence.
  
  Zoomabet disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Mega Zoomabet Lottery. Any failure to transmit the Prize Confirmation Email which may arise, including but not limited to, blocking of Zoomabet emails sent to your email address, your email service provider or any other third party, a failure of your email service provider to deliver email from Zoomabet, an invalid email address and/or unrecognizable domain, may result in disqualification.
  
  Failure to respond to a Prize Confirmation Email and claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of the Mega Zoomabet Lottery drawing shall result in forfeiture of any prize won. Any winning entry with an unclaimed prize fourteen (14) days after win date shall be deemed null and void and shall be forfeited.
  
  Each winner's name, likeness, city and country of residence may be displayed on the Website at Zoomabet’s sole discretion.
  
  

5. FRAUD CONTROLS

• Zoomabet reserves the right to conduct an extensive audit of your participation in the Mega Zoomabet Lottery and conduct fraud checks before awarding any prizes. The audit will may be conducted in order to determine the validity of the entry, identification of the participant, and compliance with these TOE. If a dispute arises regarding the submission of an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the individual whose name is associated with the username the entry was made under.
  
  If any suspicions of fraud arise, Zoomabet shall have the right to withhold any distribution of prizes and take any other action which Zoomabet may deem necessary. Further, Zoomabet reserves the right to take legal action to enforce any right or seek any remedy available at law.

• YOU AGREE THAT YOUR ENTRY INTO THE MEGA ZOOMABET LOTTERY SHALL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.   No Right of Survivorship and Non-Transferability: You agree that any prize you may receive in connection to the Mega Zoomabet Lottery is non-transferable and any rights to your prize or your Zoomabet account terminate upon your death. Upon receipt of a copy of a death certificate, your account may be terminated and all prizes and contents in your account shall be permanently deleted.
  
  Statute of Limitations: You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the Mega Zoomabet Lottery must commence within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose. Otherwise, such cause of actions is permanently and forever barred.
