Judges are expected to act fairly and respectfully. Other members on Zoomabet can vote for Judges who do not act fairly to lose their judging position (i.e. disqualify them as judges). A member can only disqualify a Judge if the Judge in question resided over a trial the member was part of. If a member wants to disqualify a judge, the following process takes place:

• A member who wants to disqualify a judge should fill out the Disqualification Form, citing all the reasons the judge should be disqualified.
• The request is then published to the community and members can vote for or against the Judge’s disqualification. When the number of votes reaches a specific percentage, the system calculates the results.
• The Judge in question receives a notification regarding the disqualification vote results. Additionally, the results are published to the community on the Disqualification page at the Judges Chambers.

Note: Periodically, the system randomly selects Judges to check their judging performance and confirm that they still meet the necessary qualifications to remain a Judge.
