1.Judge
If two members cannot agree upon the verdict of a bet, they can request a Judge to determine the winner of the bet. To become a judge, members must meet certain qualifications, which can be viewed from the Judges Chambers.
 
The date a Judge accepts his selection to reside over a trial. The Approval Date can be seen in the Trial section under My Account.
 
A section on a Judge’s profile that lists the member’s Behavior and History as a Judge. This includes the member’s rating as a Judge, how many trials he/she participated in as a Judge, and their activity as a Judge in those trials.
 
The date two members request a Judge to reside over a trial. The Request Date can be seen in the Trial section under My Account.
 
If there is a dispute in the bet results and no agreement is reached, the bet can go to trial, in which a Judge determines the final verdict of the bet. When the bet breator placed the bet, he could have requested a specific Judge in the terms, should the bet go to trial; if the bet creator didn’t select a Judge, then he selects one when he declares a second verdict. The opponent can either agree to the judge or veto the selection and choose a different judge. Each member can invite three Judges and veto three Judge selections by the other member. The changes in Judge selections are tracked in the Judge Selection Log.

When Zoomabet accepts a member’s application to become a Judge, the member must fill out a form explaining their skills as a Judge; essentially, what special skills does the member have that will make another member choose him/her as a Judge. Examples of skills include: constantly watching sports, reading the newspaper daily, etc.
 
The date in which the bet closes and the event of bet occurs. Members must designate this date when placing a bet.
