When the Judgment Date occurs, each member is required to declare a verdict of the bet. The verdict is either “Win,” “Lose,” or “Cannot Determine.”

A penalty received for either evading the responsibilities of joining a bet (i.e. responding to messages and declaring a verdict) or purposely acting dishonestly during a bet (i.e. voting for a win verdict when knowing you deserved a loss verdict.)

The amount of fouls a member received divided by the number of bets the member engaged in.
